The Cymbal series by Peter Bristol brings modern indirect LED lighting to life in a set of simple, architectural silhouettes. The large shades and linear frames are familiar at first read, but their impossibly hidden light source lets you know they are special and part of a new generation of lighting. The classic shade forms of the Cymbal family work with the thin, geometric armatures to create something that feels simultaneously new and familiar.
